The form on our site asks for your work email and, optionally, your patch and trade. We use those two things for one purpose: to send you the sample you asked for and to reply to your enquiry. We don't pass them to anyone else, and we don't add you to any unrelated marketing. Ask us to delete them at any time and we will.
Our feed is compiled from two official public registers:
Both are used under the Open Government Licence v3.0. Most of this is company information, not personal data. Where a record includes a person (for example a director's name on the public register, or a business that trades under someone's own name), our lawful basis is legitimate interests: the information is already public, it's used in a business context, and the intrusion is low. We document this and you can object.
If you're named in our data and want to be removed, corrected, or want to know what we hold, email us and we'll act within days, not weeks. The same goes for anyone we've contacted who would rather we didn't — one reply and you're off the list for good.
